Horizontal safety lines
Collective fixed safety equipment for work at height is basically all stationary or temporary, fall arrest or limiting systems installed at the facility-
Horizontal safety systems, ropes or rails. Such systems are called collective safety equipment because such systems are used by several employees and cannot be issued individually.
Usually these are vertical or horizontal rope or rail systems as well as anchor points that will stop a fall in the event of a fall. Of course, there are also solutions that are used in industrial mountaineering, namely systems designed for static loads or anchor points and horizontal rails designed specifically for industrial mountaineering. All of these are active systems that stop a fall or are loaded during work.
Passive systems:
- Roof railings;
- Roof walkways;
- Safety nets, for demarcating fall areas;
You can find more detailed information about each system and our range of offerings in the related subsections.
